We had great concerns about someone entering our (chaotic) apartment, and we were very nervous before the first appointment. Franziska is empathetic and positive and we felt very comfortable within a very short time. All concerns were really in vain! And wow, what we have made! The office could be re-entered, as well as the storage room and many things could be taken away or disposed of. Franziska has helped us a lot. After moving + the first year with a baby a lot has been neglected in the household, but now we were able to make a lot of organizing so that we have everything at hand when we need something, instead of digging through chaos and looking for things for days. Many thanks to you! We feel much more comfortable in our apartment now!!
Thank you for going through my old documents, outdated clothing and other rubbish together with me. I am very happy that a lot of things have been arranged. There is still a lot to be done. For the rooms that we did not go through together, I will be happy to get support from you again. Thank you for the cleanup which was long overdue.

With Franziska, I managed to overcome my rigidity in tidying up and to clean an entire room in one morning session. Franziska exudes wonderfully authentic energy, and lovingly and carefully accompanies this creative process of “sorting at home”.
Thank you for your support and your know-how in tidying up. Even though we didn’t finish, I am very satisfied. We have achieved a lot! I am very relieved that my work room is easy to enter again. Your positive, warm, respectful, happy and conscientious manner, and our success give me confidence to be able to manage alone. I was not even embarrassed by my chaos, which I usually do. If I have tried to organize and tidy by myself, it has always looked worse than before, since I did not find the right place for the belongings. This is not the case after working with you. Everything, except for the to-do pile, is neatly in the box classified. I am very happy about that!
Creating space for new things, making everyday life easier, that was my heart’s desire! At the same time, the task of sorting out and giving away seemed impossible to me! An agonizing task that I always wanted to get over as quickly as possible! Not so with Ms. Schmid: With her, the hours of “letting go and saying goodbye” to clothes and books turned into a really pleasant time that I was finally able to enjoy! When sorting out my many books, Ms. Schmid’s questions were so helpful that I could clearly decide which books I wanted to keep and which I could confidently give away. Together with her I was able to take the time that was necessary for this! Shopping takes time, giving away without regrets also takes time! It was important to me that the things that had helped me at a certain time in my life and served me well, not just tossing them into a huge garbage bag. Ms. Schmid had many good ideas for where to put them!! Nothing that is still usable has ended up in the trash. I brought my robe to the Caritas store Carla in Eisenstadt. I sold 33 books at momox; a friend of mine has brought the books that could not be sold in two bookcases in Wr. Neustadt. Thanks to Ms. Schmid, I was able to develop a new, liberating perspective and attitude to letting go.
Franziska is a happy, kind-hearted person. You can see that she enjoys her work! Even if you should at least make it in theory, cleaning up and partially redesigning it is much more fun and also much more effective, not only because of her tips and decision-making aids when it comes to keeping or giving away, but also because she helps herself. It is also worth gold that she always helped with the disposal and took a lot with her. Many thanks!!
It’s just more fun for two. For years I carried things through two relocations. The apartment was no longer a pleasure. Then Franziska came to the aid and soon again I felt comfortable in the apartment. Thank you so much!
I had a big move to organize more or less besides work and to another country! Franziska helped me to optimize my tasks-list, to keep an eye on the tasks and to check them regularly. At my farewell party, she helped me set up so that everyone felt comfortable. We also packed a lot together and were able to sort out a few things. Great to see her motivation, even in times of crisis, when coarser things didn’t go so smoothly. Even shortly before returning the apartment, she came over again to help clean up the apartment. We got a new garden shed in our community garden. When I heard that Franziska is working as clearing expert I asked her to support us in finding the right place for each item. Before that, we had to clean the objects as they were stored temporarily in a tepee. The procedure or reorganizing everything was fast and efficient. Thanks again for your high motivation!
